You must be the owner of a residential home permanently secured to the ground. Recreational vehicles or homes on wheels and properties used for commercial purposes are not eligible for coverage. If your water heater is deemed beyond repair, you can apply the balance of your benefit amount to a unit most similar in capacity and/or functionality.
